There is some evil in all of us, Doctor, even you.

This was one of my favorite games from back in the day. It was sooo good, and even by today’s standards, it’s hard to beat it’s originality and epicosity. And JC Denton was one of the most badass protagonists ever! But what the fuck happened with Deus Ex: Invisible War? Everything went downhill, even the graphics. It sucked major ass!

Awesomazing: Ahg, I hate it when people say that our society relies on machines too...

awesomazingblag:

Ahg, I hate it when people say that our society relies on machines too much, that we’re headed to a Wall-E type situation where we’re all fat sacks of lard who have no control over our lives. Because that’s stupid. We’re not. Just the opposite, in fact. These machines, they don’t bind us in chains…

"Human beings have developed a new problem since the advent of the iPhone and the following mobile revolution: no one is paying attention to anything they’re actually doing. Everyone seems to be looking down at something or through something. Those perfect moments watching your favorite band play or your kid’s recital are either being captured via the lens of a device that sits between you and the actual experience, or being interrupted by constant notifications. Pings from the outside world, breaking into what used to be whole, personal moments."

“Molly, why are you still here?”

“You… you told me not to wander off.”

“Oh. Well. That’s strange. I mean, usually I tell them not to wander off, but they never actually listen. Are you sure you’re human?”.
